Charles Hosford, developer of
Leadout®,
built on Fred Fosmire's initial concept to market this
experiential activity into a unique, exciting and versatile
leadership development simulation.
Charles was an internationally known Management Consultant. With
over 35 years of experience in the field, he was one of
Behavioral Science's early advocates in the 1960s. He was best
recognized for his contributions to leadership development,
team-building and conflict management in business and
educational settings.
Following 15 years in public education, he served as an internal
consultant for leading organizations during the years leading up
to 1971 when he formed his own consultancy firm, Charles Hosford
and Associates. After his death in 2007 his wife, Holly Hosford,
along with daughters, Leslie Rose and Charlene Mann, became
principals in the firm.
Charles dedicated his professional life to creating innovative,
challenging, safe, fun and inspirational learning environments.
Leadout® reflects Charles' approach to learning and teaching. |
