About Charles Hosford & Associates

Our founder, Charles "Hos" Hosford, was an internationally known management consultant. Often referred to as the “trainer’s trainer,” he was best recognized for his work in leadership development, team building, and conflict resolution for high-tech, business, government, education and social organizations.

Hos developed Leadout for use in his training programs.  After years of fine tuning and incorporating real life critiques, the Leadout simulation was marketed around the world as a training tool – with overwhelmingly positive response.  Hos dedicated his professional life to creating innovative, challenging, safe, fun and inspirational learning environments. Leadout exemplifies his approach to teaching and learning.
